Notice of measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus and shortened business hours

Thank you for visiting KATEN.
In response to the recent spread of the new coronavirus, we have implemented the following measures to prevent the spread of infection and to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

Thorough employee hand washing and alcohol disinfection
Each employee will wash hands frequently, gargle, and disinfect with alcohol.

Restriction of attendance above 37.5 degrees Celsius
Employees who have a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher before going to work will be suspended from work.
In addition, personal hygiene checks will be conducted daily at the store.

Encouraging employees to wear masks
We have continued to recommend that employees wear masks since February.

Disinfection of store equipment
We will strive to maintain sanitation in the store by frequently disinfecting areas of the store that are frequently touched by customers' hands with alcohol.

Installation of alcohol sanitizers for customers in stores
Place alcohol sanitizers for customers at the entrance of each store to create an environment where customers can sanitize themselves.

In addition, we have decided to shorten our business hours.
